About the Role:
Delhi Press is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead brand solutions and brand management efforts for our flagship Hindi magazines: Grihshobha, Sarita, Saras Salil, and Manohar Kahaniyan. The candidate will play a pivotal role in collaborating with editorial, digital, sales, and subscription teams to drive innovative marketing campaigns, conceptualize engaging events, strengthen brand presence, and create impactful solutions for advertisers and readers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:
    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance the visibility and positioning of Grihshobha, Sarita, Saras Salil, and Manohar Kahaniyan in their respective markets.
    • Work closely with editorial teams to align content strategies with overall brand goals and audience engagement.
    • Monitor brand performance, audience feedback, and market trends to recommend improvements.
  2. Branded Solutions:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to conceptualize and execute customized branded content solutions for advertisers across print,events and digital platforms.
    • Develop innovative ideas for ad campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships tailored to client needs.
    • Oversee the execution of branded content to ensure alignment with the brand ethos and quality standards.
  3. Event Conceptualization & Execution:
    • Design engaging events, including workshops and reader engagement activities, that align with the ethos of each magazine.
  4. Subscription Marketing:
    • Partner with the subscription team to drive campaigns that boost readership and subscriptions for the magazines.
    • Explore innovative promotional activities, bundling offers, and cross-platform strategies to attract and retain subscribers.
  5. Digital Collaboration:
    • Work closely with digital editorial teams to align online content strategies with overall brand objectives.
    • Support the digital amplification of magazine campaigns and events through social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
    • Track performance metrics for digital initiatives and recommend optimizations.
  6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Foster strong working relationships across teams, including sales, editorial, events, and subscriptions, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
    • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, event conceptualization, or marketing roles, preferably in media or publishing.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing branded content solutions, marketing campaigns, and events.
  • Strong understanding of print and digital media landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to craft compelling marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
